Shanghai Fleetguard Filter Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture in 1994 between Cummins Filtration Inc.   and   DONGFENG Motor Corporation with a total   investment of   15  million   US   dollars. It    is    the    first   filter manufacturer with ISO 9001 Certificate and QS-9000 Certificate in China. In October 2003, Shanghai Fleetguard was accredited the ISO/TS16949 certification. In December 2004, Shanghai Fleetguard was accredited the ISO14001 certification. Again, the one of the first company in the domestic filtration industry to achieve this accredition.The total area of structure is 14300 square meters    and   annual     production capacity is 21 million units of all types of filters.
